Beginner 4-way VFS - help needed :)
Can't Post
Hi,
Now we have a great wind tunnel here in Saint-Pete, Russia - so we come up with the idea of creating fun 4-way VFS team. We found dive pools and few videos from IBA and Arizone Drive websites and get basic ideas - but there is no one around to help us with the rest.
Could you please share some wisdom with us? Any help, links and materials will be greately appreciated - explanations, training tips (especially aspects that we should train solo and in 2-ways), general advices etc.
Thanks in advance!
PS I believe thet this topic was discussed - but failed to find it, sorry
Take it slow. You dont need to jump into the whole dive pool right off the bat. Train the hell out of randoms first and then move up to the simple blocks like the 7 and 8 then the 3 and 13 and so on. Be ready to fly in a lot of burbles. Training how to fly burbles in just 2 ways is a fun way to get stronger for VFS.
VFS will kick the shit out of you physically at first but once you get to be a stronger flyer it will become easier.
Thanks, we have 2 in our new team. Actually I am competition 4-way belly vidiot too. Yes, it helps a lot with discipline, eye to partners and this stuff.
