Hi skydiverek,
I am going from memory so be easy on me.
I 'think' that the 5-cell was TSO'd in the Low Speed category of TSO C23b. There is no max weight in that standard, only a max speed of the aircraft of no more than 150 MPH.
Personally, ( having owned 2 of them & jumped one ) I would stick to around 175 lbs max. I weighed ~175 lbs naked and stood it up rather easily. But I had ~700-800 jumps at the time.

Time to pull out my 1991 Paragear catalogue -- that thing has been so handy over the years!
For the 177 sq. ft. 5 cell Swift, it lists 180 lbs as max suspended weight. (However, it doesn't address the certification issue as Jerry was doing.) When the Swift came on the market, I kind of doubt that only those of 155 lbs or less bought it...
