First video's rather old. By the date on it, clearly the second is, too.
In the second, what the HELL was he doing holding both front and rear risers together? Apparently he kept hanging on to them both all the way through, with no effective attempt at a turn. At least the guy he ran into made a (late) right turn. Then again, as close as they were, any try for turns may just have been too late.

From skimming that poster's uploads, it looks like he has collected and reposted a bunch of skydiving incident videos, including some well known ones, with little description. Who knows when & where the original incidents took place.
