Turns out I know the owner of the porter,had a chat to him yesterday,commercial pilot who bought the porter spent heaps of coin doing the plane up setting it up for para opps then to lease it & have some dickhead pull it apart & steal it, you have to be kidding me!! Someone from the mother land must know something about this or know the area where it was taken. Come on guys let's get this plane back to the rightful owner & kick the crap out of the guy who did it.

seems the plane has changed owner (actuallay apparently same ownerbut not the company anymore. (if I understand correctly Andrew Wallace is /was Highland Air)

pilatus porter 704 this aircraft was stolen from storage in scunthorpe uk 3 years ago and the owner was only aware of this on the 8/8/2012 since then its has benn found in north carolina parts of which are being used on an aircraft currently for sale the owner of 704 has all the relavant documentation to prove his ownership this matter is being passed on to the fbi for investigation just letting any one thinking of buying this aircraft to beware as the owner of 704 is taking legal action for all parts includind wings fusalage doors and lots more to be returned thanks for reading i will attach all ownership papers to this blog later to show its not a fake since trying to speak to the seller of the aircraftc he has now updated his advert for the sale of it now omiting the fact that it has wings from 704 (stolen) see below

Just to be clear, this thread was started in reference to serial number 523. Your post is about 704, so your post is about a different Porter that was also stolen?

I am calling BS on this whole thread because I am the guy who is being accused by these scammers. I say scammers because they are and their story is easily disproven.
Several years ago during an inspection of one of the Porters I own, SN 2040, we found some corrosion in the wing spar cap. After looking around I found one on a parts aircraft, SN 704, which was being stored in England. The owner of the aircraft was in the US, Seattle WA to be exact. We bought it, they shipped it to us and we used the wing to replace our wing. (FYI you can go the PC-6.com and to the Current Status tab on the left. Scroll down to the bottom of that page and you will see that the status of SN 704 is still listed as being owned by the Carroll Harden, who is the person we purchased it from. This guy accusing is never listed as ever owning the AC.)
About a year after we bought the AC these guys started making accusations about SN 523 being stolen and last seen a year AFTER we purchased SN 704. One of our friends made us aware that the people who were in Possession of our Parts AC in the UK were the same People who were in possession of SN 523 when it disappeared. I called the guy Andrew who said he was the owner of SN 523 and we realized that the AC I had wasn’t his but he went no to claim that some of the parts may have been. I decided that I didn’t want any part of this so I called the local authorities and the FBI and asked them to investigate the situation. They and the FAA did over several years leading up to them closing their case last year with the conclusion that all the accusation were untrue and that apparently these guys are all involved in some kind aircraft dispute that at best was a civil matter that they needed to sort out on their own. I have a letter from the FAA stating this, and all other logs and documentation that disproves their accusation.
Unlike these accusers I am a legitimate businessman and have been for almost 30 years. I own many businesses, including the Raeford wind tunnel and 3 caravans with the porter as Paraclete Aviation, A real estate holding company, and a body armor company, and yes I am a candidate for congress. You can ask anyone who knows me or has ever done any business with me and they will tell you that I am a committed Christian and I make it a point to be fair and honest in all my dealings.

http://ok the only way you got away with the wings is by producing a bill of sale relating to 704 saying the wings were of 704 but were actually of 523 now it turns out 704 was stolen at the same time as 523 parts but the english owner didnt realise this till 8/8/12 him being under the impression that 704 was in safe storage whilst he was recovering from a massive heart atack theres a guy in newzealand who spent 17 years of his life to build 523 and look at it now if you were a true christian and all the rest you would do the right thing and give back the stolen goods you have in your possetion i dont know about the usa but here in the uk its still a crime to recieve stolen property and even more so to try and cover it up we will see who is telling the truth with a little help from a man in nz and the cid who are getting the fbi re involved (if it wasnt a bit iffy why all of a suden the planes no longer for sale)

purchased from seatle aviation for $90,000 was registered to carrol harder (the girlfreind of jim perry md of seatle aviation) he told us this was for divorce reasons we have all documents to support this purchase and now we know how it was done we can get the case reopened the reason we posted on here was to make potential buyers of the said ac aware of the planes history as mr dannunzio was trying to cover it all up and get out of the best he could ,meanwhile thers a man in nz without his pride and joy and were missing a porter airframe and other parts the people involved in this scam were nick johnson carrol harder jim perry tim d'annunzio
so bring it on mr d'annunzio why dont you let the authoroties see the serial no's on the wings you got ill bet you there not off 704 ill bet there 438L AND 453R both stolen parts also 4 blade prop hc-4dn-3p serial no fy661 thats stolen too i have statements from the people who actually loaded the container saying these were loaded in and shipped to d'annunzio in north carrolina i have even spoke to the guy who sold d;annunzio the stolen parts and was paid to do so well lets see what happens as now the lawmen are involved

Look pal, you're barking up the wrong tree here. Nobody here is a federal judge who can order the return of the parts you claim ownership to, so you need to take all of your evidence elsewhere.
So what if you have proof of purchase? All that shows is that you owned the parts at one time. The current owner may also be able to provide proof of ownership, and a chain of custody through other legitimate owners since your ownership. Unless the current owner is willing to do that, all we get is one side of the story, and that doesn't do anyone any good.
You made your point, and made your allegations. Tim responded with his position, and now we know what both sides claim. If jumpers believe you, they'll not jump from Tims planes or fly in his tunnel. If they believe him, they will jump from his planes and fly in his tunnel, but that's as far as is it's going to go in this forum.
You claimed to have involved the proper authorities, so just leave it at that, any further posting in this thread is a waste of time until you can attach a judicial order to your next post with the results of the criminal or civil trial.
