I am battered & bruised Can't Post

I did my first 30min in a tunnel, 20 min coach.
On my back, its was so so hard, from wall to wall, and when it came to leaving just trying to get through the door to exit was funny. I have been told I did well, my body didnt agree. I can see it as a great incentive to improve, so the pain gets less.

Yeah my coach told me that, you can check the walls stability and believe me you, they are solid. Smile Tunnel time kicks ass though.

If you are not hitting the walls you're not trying hard enough!!

Pushing yourself to learn more takes risk and in terms of the tunnel you risk hitting the wall.

I've seen people with thousands of skydives come out of the tunnel very sore and humbled. Don't worry about it-- just keep chuggin! Smile

First time I tried adding my legs into a turn I cranked my head into the wall Blush

They are very solid.
