Where to go for AFF Can't Post

hey guys....

Im finally getting around to getting this done. Life gets in the way sometimes. Okay, my history. I have 10 Static military jumps on the Special Forces SF-10 Round Steerable chutes. I also have about 2 hours under canopy on Paragliders. That said, for the AFF I still need body positioning etc. I feel my S.A. should be good from the Military chutes.

Okay, Im coming down from Canada and was looking at SkyDive Atlanta as I can stay at the loft there. Saves a little money. I have also talked with people from STF a year or 2 back and they seem very cool too, so thats a viable option as well.

What is everyone's opinion on this? Im looking to start it in the next few days, so it will be short notice, and that would mean they'd have to be able to get the instructors required (crossing my fingers) Im looking to do all 7 at once, + any redo's and maybe grab a few more to work towards the 25 needed. So, what does everyone think about these 2 choices? Am I forgetting any other choices? I realize that there are places in Mich etc, but I was hoping to head down to Florida for a few military jumps afterwards, and have friends in GA. but if you know of any other places that stand out from Detroit to Florida, please feel free to suggest them.

Thanks for any insight you can spare.

Re: [Jakal1970] Where to go for AFF [In reply to] Can't Post

I'm here at STF full time to do whatever you need to do. We'll have things ready for you when you get here. No problem at all.

Check our web page and give DZO Hans Paulsen a call. 404-295-5000

We'll leave the light on for you.

Our bunking/camping and overnight stays are always free.

I can vouch for Atlanta's instructional crew as being good ones, too.
