jumping overseas with APF license

Hi all,
I moved over to AUS from the UK last year. I had my license converted to an APF license from the BPA one, and now (April 1) my UK license has run out. I will be jumping whenever I go overseas if I can, and most places seem happy with BPA licenses. Can the same be said for APF licenses? Should I renew my UK license? Its not a huge cost, but is there any point to keeping it? I probably wont be going back there any time soon, much more likely to be jumping in APAC areas.
