We have a couple of older stickies in General Skydiving (i.e., Ryan & User Fees for General Aviation) May I suggest consideration of some code wherein:
If Sticky > 60 days since last post = email to original poster requesting updated information or to ask the mods to remove sticky
and/or
If > 90 days since last post != Sticky
