Its pretty much shut down here for the winter, apart from an occasional load, but most NYC jumpers put it on hold for the winter, or head to a boogie to get a fill.

i jumped at the ranch last weekend from the otter. you can call each week and they will tell you if the plane is flying. there is a cessna there to if only a few people show up. There is also a bus that will take you into new paltz and a cab will take you to the ranch. on the way back i bet you could get someone to drive you to the bus stop or maybe even back to the city.
