On this site, you can watch the AFF animated step by step. Very usefull!

There are also flash video's about most of the malfunctions and the hand signals.

This has been very helpfull to me and many others. Really worth watching if you're a beginner!

I found them helpful too. I think more in pictures than in words so I always appreciate any instructions that show what to do, instead of just telling.
