Easy - the canopy is a Paraglider - so not deployed. BTW it's not that new

That is Jeffro at Skydive Arizona. Looks like there was a line added to the canopy and the Wingman was attached after deployment.

@ 0:09 you can see a yellow line coming down from the back off the canopy, on which the Wingcam is than attached. The yellow line is held in place during deployment with a snap shackle.
