Ask your video guy not to fly in a position where an early deployment kills you both.

And to fly in his slot. And get is hands out of the shot. And get some wings so he doesn't go low when things get slow.

Truthfully, I would rate the student's performance as better than the camera guy. It looks like he planned the dive and dove the plan. I don't think the camera guy had a plan.
