Phoenix and TSR results GOOD for big ways

Hey guys,
It seems like the Phoenix and TSR were both great events. After talking with folks that were at both events there seemed to be nice mix of new folks on both events. My question is with the “changes” in the big way world, it appears to me that it is becoming a net plus. More and different people doing big ways will only grow the big way world.
Any thoughts from the folks that were at one – or better yet – both events.
