I'm working in West Africa and cannot access the website at all directly. It says "You don't have permission to access / on this server."
I assume this is because of the Nigerian IP address our server uses? Although I'm based in Ghana. Even surfing on a Proxy there are also issues with my email address being invalid when I contact anyone regarding a classified ad (namely the cobalt 120 for sale I want to get my hands on)
Is there any way to fix this up? I can continue with the Proxy for access to the website but if possible could the classifieds email address issue be fixed? I've tried my work emai, hotmail, and gmail to no avail.....

We've decided we will lift the ban on the Nigerian IP address block. I just finished filing a request for the removal of this ban, so it may take a little while before it's effective, though hopefully pretty soon.
The reason why you're having troubles emailing the seller of the item is likely due to the email system not being able to handle the proxy correctly.
