Someone School me on the Larry Bagley issue Can't Post

He was fired by Scott and he sued and the USPA had to hire him back?

What are his stated job duties?

Why is his salary a secret?

Last I knew all salaries are secret.

Depends on public disclosure laws when you work for a non-profit and the type of tax-exempt organization.
Most States allow voting members access to minutes and accounting records of a nonprofit corporation.

Quote:

Not true for most non-profits. And not true for publicly traded companies.

For example:

http://www.glassdoor.com/Salary/US-Parachute-Association-Salaries-E22803.htm

And if I took the time to look, in the minutes of one of the meetings they published the salary's of a number of people.

As a membership organization, you normally are entitled to know what YOU are paying people..... When asked questions about Bagley, they refused to say how much WE paid him and even WHAT his duties were.
