What is the result of the Cypres misfire?

Hey, Albatross?
I was wondering what, if anything, the Cypres people said about the misfire which you witnessed and that happened to your friend on July 28th? I know he sent it back to the factory, but what's happened since? And did he get one to replace it while it was being checked out so he could jump??

Or they might pitch a fit and call Jack at Perris, saying it was a rumor that it had happened.......
In any event, I do think it is a good product, and I will be getting one. I just want to know what happened, so it can get corrected, and so we can understand how to deal with it if it happens to us.

SO far we have gotten a loaner cypress from Airtek and a lot of nothing in the answers department. They have sent the unit to Germany and said that they are looking into it. I will see if I can did up anything else this week.
