Anyone have "out of the blue"? I see a link on the website for the DVD and was wondering if it's up for grabs or if it's pre-order?

I have the mini-CD demo/trailer. It looks great, and according to the trailer, its available.

Jim emailed me that they are going to be shipped out in the beginning of march. You can pre order though. I'm starting to have the fits from waiting.
