Cary Stephens	Can't Post

Cary had a stroke last Wed 1/13 and we are asking for prayers from everyone. He's in the PCU amd can't speak or use his left arm. He has asked for no visitors but you can leave hime a voice mail on his cell phone. He listens to them every evening. When he is moved to the rehab facility he will be online. I will let you know when that is.

Cary is tougher than woodpecker lips. He'll be back and I am going to be on his come back jump. Cool

Yup, Cary's coming home on Saturday! He's making progress with his speech and left arm, but he's getting there, slow and steady.
Feel free to call or come by after a week or so.
NO BEER YET PLEASE! YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE...
Can't wait to get him home...and back in the sky or at least at a dropzone....

We need to set-up Cary with a hanging harness and horizontal trainer in the garage so he can keep current on his Emergency Procedures and Body Position! Wink

another question, has anyone or know anyone who has had a stroke to come back to jump? I have now gone 2 months with out jumping the longest in 25 years, i know i can't move my left arm is still weak, and i don't want to be straped to Paco just yet. i still pray I can come back, has anyone?

hi Cary,
interested in seeing if you made it back to jumping? I had 3 heart attacks and a quad-bypass and started again after 4-5 months and still jumping 15months on.
I KNOW it's not the same but interested in your progress.
