I'm working on putting together my first rig. Unfortunately, my rigger's down at Spaceland for the week, so I'll turn to you guys with my question instead. What do you think the following gear is worth, ballpark? I'm thinking maybe $900 for the Vigil and $800 for the reserve. Am I close? Thanks a bunch.

Vigil II units didn't come onto the scene until 2007. If it has a 09/05 DOM, this is an original Vigil. You'll want to find out if the service bulletins have been complied with in regards to the cutter.
Used price for both can vary...but the prices you have listed are fair if everything checks out as airworthy.
