I recently purchased something from them and I have an issue with it. Unfortunately, the link for returns on their site doesn't work and the email address I have for the individual who sent my receipt produces no result. Any help would be appreciated. I'd like to correspond with someone there before I just ship it back and deny the charge but all attempts have failed. Rather frustrating all together, I was hoping to have a better experience. Thank you in advance!

I've had few dealings with them, but they've all been very good and very fast to respond.
