Hi All,
We have a few slots available, for anyone interested in participating in a 2-Way CF training camp, May 1-3 with Chris Gay. If you’re interested, please send me an email or give me a call at 608-251-4715.
Details below:
What: 2-Way CF Training Camp with Chris Gay When: May 1-3, 2009. Where: Sky Knights, East Troy, Wisconsin
Schedule: Friday May 1st: Warm-up and practice jumps, 11am – Sunset 2-Way Seminar Sunset, Friday evening
Saturday May 2nd: 2-Way coaching, 7am-Sunset Group video review and discussion/dinner Sat evening.
Sunday May 3rd: 2-Way coaching, 7am-1pm Practice jumps, 1pm-Sunset
Cost: $45/person for the seminar and coaching for the weekend.
Jumps are $24/13K
Start Times: Friday: 11 am Saturday 7 am Sunday 7 am
Demo Storm Canopies: We will have demo PD Storm canopies available ($10/day, $25/weekend.) If you are interested in trying one, let me know what size.

Anyone from the Twin Cities going down??
Proz and I are meeting at Baldwin at 3:00 Friday afternoon. We're driving down and returning on Sunday afternoon\evening. We have room if you'd like to carpool. PM me??

I just got home... What a GREAT weekend!
Chris, thank you for the training and information. I learned a lot even though we weren't ready to practice all the techniques. Being a former gymnast let me just say, keep teaching technique. Skill is based on knowledge of the movement pattern. I gained an understanding of the technique just by wathing all the videos. I will be practicing!!
