Jump for the Cause 2009
Can't Post
Hi all, If you're participating in Jump for the Cause this year, this is the thread for you. Please feel free to ask for donations, hype you participation, what have you. Forum rules apply. Jay
Is it still OK for the women who have tended to have their tag lines be a pointer to their JFTC page to do that, or does that have to stay in here too.
For 2005 as long as it was just a pointer in the tag line (e.g. "find out about JFTC here") it was OK. But begging letters still weren't OK.
Looks like we may have quite a few people in our midst who are participating in Jump for the Cause. Like many of you, I've also seen breast cancer hit near home. I have a close friend who is embroiled in her own ongoing battle, so I'm psyched people are taking an interest.
To those who are jumping, I want DZ.com to do everything it can to support you in your efforts. I've already placed the event on the site Calendar and started a thread in the Events forum. If you're raising funds, please do so in that thread (that way we won't have competing fundraisers all over the joint). Also, please feel free to include links to your respective JFTC pages in your signature lines.
Best of luck out there, J

Basically still true. A .sig that says "Sue Skydiver, JFTC 2009 - click here!" is OK. But a .sig line that says:
Sue Skydiver I'm going to be one of 150 women on Jump for the Cause, so buy a T-shirt and support me! Large "I love JFTC" shirts $30.00 each Black "City of Hope" shorts are $20.00 each Ask about special deals for kids and seniors Click here to pay via PayPal
