Hi I have deleted everything but the kitchen sink and the capacity taken up by my e mail is 53%. I know that cant be right. any suggestions on how to fix that without creating a new account on dz.com? I aint ever going to do that.-Caress

Did you empty the deleted messages folder too? That counts toward your capacity.

Are you sure all the folders are empty (or as empty as you want them to be)? Also, check to see if maybe a few really big emails are accounting for it. Post back here, and if that didn't help, I'll seek technical support.
