Hi I have deleted everything but the kitchen sink and the capacity taken up by my e mail is 53%. I know that cant be right. any suggestions on how to fix that without creating a new account on dz.com? I aint ever going to do that.-Caress
Are you sure all the folders are empty (or as empty as you want them to be)? Also, check to see if maybe a few really big emails are accounting for it. Post back here, and if that didn't help, I'll seek technical support. J
