Logging into the forums is different then registering for the site. The log in date reflects when they logged into the forum only.

Is there a way that only those with X number of posts can reply to a advert?

I got one email per each ad that I have posted. A fairly easy way to spot the scammers. I suggested that if it is possible, those identified as scammer accounts should be banned from being able to view the classifieds section.
