Man i miss doing video out of our Porter! (She moved to Europe and now we have a PAC). And yup, that is cool to take shots of each other, i always try to get pics of the other tandems exiting in front of me.

If you had a still camera with a lcd that acted as a viewfinder and had some kind of output port then it would work with stills. (would be really cool) Some of the higher end cameras in the near future might have that capability. Right now i just use it with my video. You cant control anything from it but it shows rec/stby, battery life, tape, exposures, framing brackets, etc. Whatever you woud see on the cameras LCD.
drawbacks are these. -polarized glasses or goggles make it hard to see -direct sunlight on the screen makes it hard to see. Built a removeable sun shade for it but its kind of a hassle. Can usually see it well enough without the shade.

Over West Point this last week-end. Yes, right over the Military Academy! ...as far as we know beside Sonic (Kamuran) and I only one more civilan had a chance to do that.

This one was taken of me while I was organizing a spaceball dive over Skydive Orange, VA. I was ball mastering for 3 other flyers and one of them (John Elmore) scored this shot of me.
