21st (in proportion) looking for a drop zone where I can do a tandem jump and then aff. any ideas?

I'm guessing he means 21 stone, which is about 290 lbs.

Stone tends to be a British unit of measurement. At 290 lbs there really is not many options for you since the harnesses are only rated for 254 lbs usually and the Brits tend to be pretty strict on the rules.
