You'll probably get some specific replies but the truth is, there are way too many variables to make a call here. If you can get a sports injury doc or PT's advice, I would recommend that path.

Thanks Mike. I told them to work me till I cry. I'll embrace the pain if it means I'll heal faster! The docs just don't give me definitive answers so I just wanted to know others' experiences. Although I do know, everyone is different.
