It's not bad...

But for the same $$ I'd suggest Skydive 150 Basic Canopy Flight. Produced by Skydive U; includes a video and a book.

Its a informative well made video, If your a student or newbie who's craving any and all info then its well worth watching.

Don't spend the money on a new copy, I have one thats been viewed twice and is in mint condition, I was just about to put it on E-bay, PM me if your interested.

If your looking for more quality educational canopy control videos definitely get Da'Bytchs recomendation "Skydive 150 Basic canopy Flight".
