I am looking for a comparitive description of Quasar II rigs. It looks similar to other rigs I have seen in terms of it's overall design. Does anyone have any familiarity with these container/harnesses?
the quasar is a nice rig, for a low price. I have 50-100 jumps on one and always liked the rig. easy to pack, decent pin protection. Only thing I wanted that it did not have was secondary riser covers like the infinity, vector 3 or mirage. it is a rig that is definately worth a look.
How can someone have 50-100 jumps on anything??? It would seem to me either you've got 50 or you've got a 100? Or maybe somewhere in between...what gives?
I say I have 50-100 jumps on a quasar because I don't log what container I am using, just canopy type/size. The rig, like most I have jumped, was not mine. I have about 250 jumps on other peoples gear (some rental, some borrowed). hope that clarifies it.
