Bolingbroke,Ga(Macon) February 17th.This is the offical warmup event for the Dublin Boogie!
My birthday is actually Feb 10th but because of chopper availability the date is Feb 17th.You can look for a chopper,live music and a large bonfire,Oh and lots of food and the usual RoamingDZ debauchery. If your planning on jumping here you better start working on you accuracy.My back yard is not for everyone.There is plenty of room to land but you really need to be up on your canopy skills.I will be trying to set up an alternate landing area.Even if you don't plan on jumping I hope many of you will plan to come for the festivities. Chopper jumps will be $35-40.Look for details on RoamingDZ.com.I will be posting hotel info there.I have room at the house for RVs but power will be limited. This will be the first skydiving event in Bolingbroke in over 4 years.This is where the RoamingDZ got it's start.
I will have an alternate party place reserved in the event the weather does not cooperate.
For those not comfortable landing at the house the chopper will be at Skydive Atlanta on Sunday the 18th.

Can you push it back another week? I know you only turn 40 once, but that's a weekend I have reserved every year to hang out with my whuffo friends. Pretty please???
Wish I could make it. I'd been excited about this since you first told me about it.

I'm turning 40 also that month. Rather than come to your party, I should have a chopper boogie here on the ice. Lots of outs on 3 mile long frozen lake. Thanks for the idea.

Bump.We were talking about pond swooping and night jumps tonight.I have always wanted to do a night jump into my back yard.I have half a chopper load already.

Will you be sporting a new camper?
Yes this is a shameless bump.Plans are coming along nicely.I have a pond to swoop,half of a night load manifested and I think I have an alternate landing area for the canopy control challenged. Oh and working on the Dublin Boogie too.
I should have a chopper boogie here on the ice. Lots of outs on 3 mile long frozen lake.
