Heya all,
I've created a new forum to report, discuss and learn from fatal and non-fatal Incidents.
The sole purpose of this forum is to educate and to learn. I would expect that most, if not all, threads here will start with the report of an actual incident. If you have a general safety question, please continue to post it in the Safety and Training Forum.
Incidents include: malfunctions, cutaways, wraps, collisions, crash landings.... I trust everyone will use their good judgment before starting a thread or disposing of advice. In case of a fatality please post your condolences to the Talkback forum and keep this forum for discussion.
It's a topical forum so please stick to the topic. Keep it civil please.
