KARL'S FREEFLY BONANZA AT SKYKNIGHTS
I would like to send out a personal invitation to all skydivers out there to come and join us at SkyKnights over the 4th of July weekend for some phat freefly jumps. The event is based around a 10-way sequential competition, and a demo swoop comp, but the event will include support for all levels of freeflyers… not to mention plenty of fun and entertainment.
Here is the schedule of events:
Friday- July 1: Lots of VRW, and Classic Wisconsin Friday Night Fish Fry
Saturday- July 2: 10-way VRW Sequential Scrambles organized by Team Mandrin, Other freefly organizing will also available Saturday Evening: Pig Roast, Drunken' Dodgeball Returns, Bonanza Showdown(Cowboy and Indian attire encouraged), Eric Deren DJ'n the night away
Sunday- July 3: The 3rd annual "Swoop the City Classic" Swoop Comp The Swoop the City Classic includes 3 rounds of Demo Jumps into Downtown Milwaukee's Lake Front at Veterans Park, right next to the Summerfest grounds. (www.summerfest.com) That's right kids, you'll be setting up your swoop among Skyscrapers. *(Competitors need to be registered at least 3 weeks in advance in order to file proper demo paperwork. For those not wanting to swoop, there will still be lots of jumping at the DZ as well)*
Sunday Evening: Classic Independence Day Enjoyment (AKA Big Party)
Monday- July 4: Big Way Sequentials
Where else will you be able to throw down multi-point, multi-attitude 10-ways, dress up like a Cowboy or Indian, play dodgeball in an inebriated state, and swoop through a major city all in the same weekend? In addition there will be many, many pounds of Cheese Curds available through out the weekend, and you can’t miss that.

Ok, so who invited Shimmel?!?! Ian see what you did?!
J/k hon! Glad you can make it... I just talked to Kyle and he said you are down for the swoop comp.
jeese, ej. didnt take your for one to jump on a bandwagon.
so are the entrance gates two skyscrapers?
because im going to need gates that big in order not to vert.
So are you telling me that we need to get 10 footers just so you do vert?? The gates in the pictures that I posted are 17' which is quite frankly "insane" and if you miss them you deserve any shit tanken for doing so...
Even I hit em and I suck!
Though I havne't heard much about if we are actually using the same ones as last year. At least for the entry gates. I know we will be using them somewhat as they are sponsors for the boogie that the event supports.

I only say that because ive got this bug up my ass that makes me want to hit the top of the gates everytinme.."go big"... and sometimes i miss.... you could put them at 30 feet, and i still might vert by 1/2 inch... it is always a 1/2 inch..
