Are there any drop zones in Florida that would allow a 16 year old with parents permission to make a tandem jump?

I believe Z-hills was at one time. Not sure about now.

The main reason you wont find a dz in Florida willing to do this is because Florida law states that a minor can not legally sign away their own rights nor can their guardian legally sign off so they are a legal loophole just waiting to gobble up some poor unsuspecting dz!

I dont think Cindy will do 16 year old Tandems since she uses Vector tandem rigs and RWS has said NO ..
