Can't Post
Ciao, i'm Rosco from Rome. Now that i've introduced myself i have 1 question I've completed the AFF but i don't have yet the license. On october i'll come to Phoenix, Arizona and i would like to jump in the Coolidge dropzone. Could I? I tried to send'em an email about 2 weeks ago but they didn't answer. Thanks a lot and sorry for my bad english
I don't have an answer on the AZ dropzone. I just wanted to say your English is good. Reading your post I just figured you were an American living in Italy.

Welcome to the forums! I'm sorry to say, I don't have an answer for you either. I know there are people here who can help you if you're going to Eloy, but I'm not sure about Coolidge. Maybe you should send them another e-mail.

I've only been there once, but I want to say it was only about a 1 1/2 hour drive. There might be some kind of shuttle service you can take to get you to the dz. I'll message bbarnhouse and have her pipe in on this thread. She works at Eloy and can answer all of your questions. It is a top-notch dz and we hold our dropzone.com boogie there every year.

Welcome Rosco! If you have completed your proficiency card and are eligable for license you may be able to, but you will need to contact them. Keep in mind when making your plans the following: Coolidge operates primarily on the week-ends using Skydive Arizona aircraft when they are available.
Coolidge is small drop zone and has a warm atmosphere.
Skydvie Arizona~Eloy is about 20 minute drive from Coolidge and only 45 minutes from Phoenix. It is also an option for you. Any questions you may have on eligibility to jump can be sent to school@skydiveaz.com I hope this is helpful to you, and best of luck! B2

I've sent an email to school@skydiveaz.com and now wait for their answer
The school is closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays year around. I would look for a response on Thursday

PS:Have you ever been in Italy?
No but I will be in Germany (hopefully) for the World meet in 2006. Italy would be a nice stop over

What do you think about our drop zones
I hear they are quite lovely. I did have the opportunity to spend a couple of weeks with team Sinopsi while there were here. They are a fantastic group of people. B2
