Over 1000 Jumps and NO RW...Yet...(Zhills)

Hi, My name is DJ and I am a freeflyer. Now that I have that said, I feel like I should get into the groove and do some RW. Like many jumpers who started jumping in the last five years, I too was/am drawn to the freedom of freeflight. I have concentrated most (all except Student progression, and student Coach jumps - I am a coach) of my jumps on learning to fly my body in an other than flat orientation. But now I want to do some RW and am looking for some Cool - Patirent - Peoples to take me under their wing and have some flat fun with. I jump at ZHills, and am there most Thyrsdays and Sundays. weather permitting, I'll be out at the Hills the last Sunday of this month. I'll be there this sunday to drop off my rig for a repack, so I unfortunately won't be able to jump then.
I'm usually a the Bomb Squad Table when I'm around. Also, ask around there in the meantime. Lots of friendly people willing to jump with the "belly-curious."

Oren is a great guy... Our 2 way (my first besides coach jumps) quickly grew to a 4 way which I promptly trashed on exit. Apparently hitting Oren in the head so hard he saw stars. Still not sure how I hit him as I didn't feel anything. But I have no doubt it was me. I was so focused on the points, I completely forgot my exit.
He was very gracious about it.. Think I'll stick to 2 ways for a while...

Sweet! I have over 600 jumps and hit him on the head with my altimeter. That poor guy takes a beating!

I wish I could say that it was the worst hit I took, but I took a hit 2 years ago that grounded me for a month. I still get sore from it sometimes. Organizing is a full contact profession. But its worth it. I have lots of fun when people aren't trying to kill me!
Also, ask around there in the meantime. Lots of friendly people willing to jump with the "belly-curious."
