AR-7 canopy? Can't Post
Hi Everyone,
I saw an ad in the classified for:
AR-7 (177 square feet) CRW canopy with CRW risers (DOM 11/93). Can anyone tell me anything about this canopy? Is it ZP or F111? Could it also be used for RW or would terminal deployment be a bad idea?

Contact Aerodyne Research directly for details, but you might want to ditch the CReW risers if you are not into Crew.

Yes,it is Zero-P,but it is not good for RW.It is just a CRW canopy.If you want a canopy for both CRW and RW you could get a Triathlon it will work for both.

Better yet...get a Triathlon hybrid. It has a reinforced nose, continuous center lines and a retractable pilot chute. I have one and love it. It is good for all kinds of skydiving.

An AR-7 is an older style CRW canopy that was mainly used for rotations. I don't know anyone who has jumped them in years.
