Contact SkyVenture... but 1-2 Million $ US is'nt unheard of. I think $1 million is too low actually.

2.2 million for the building, at least another million for land and site prep, and probably another half million for the permits and political process. Better to start with about 4 million.

I second what they said with one caveat.

Their prices assumed that the tunnel was for humans Cool

You could probably set one up for insects for around US $5.00
