     Deployable Paraglider

France ?

Merci

I have been following this parachute/parapente since I saw it on TV 2 years ago. I wish they would finish testing and sell it to the skydiving market.

I would love a parachute with a 6 to 1 glide ratio.

As this thread is several years old, I hope there have been some developments which can now be reported. The link is not good anymore so that aspect is less than encouraging.
Might anyone have any current info on a wing for the civilian market?
In the meantime I'm developing a system which will accomplish the free-fall deployment of a paraglider through the use of some carefully applied gadgetry.

I hear that a French canopy, Revo-fly is getting demo'd around europe. I sure hope they bring it to the u.s. and call me when they're in my neighborhood so i can tell all the people watching my FfDPG project. sf

I couldn't place the picture, even so, very possible, i would have been wearing numerous gadgets and supplemental containers while working out the final stages of the testing tools for dialing in the tolerable descent rate to deploy a standard paraglider at a highly modified fall rate. Got winded last effort and delay last week, should be doing a canopy-dbaged PG deployment within the next weeks if the winds hold back to test some intermediate stages. But now made a great gadget for a manually activated detachable deployment device for my main pilot chute. Should have something to show by your next visit, maybe something to share, at the very least muho info. See ya next time,, 3dzp@paraaz.com

Thanks for the link,,, i hope someone can help me with the translation. Are they planning theirs as an accessory. This is how my aircraft-delivered paraglider deployment system is configured but it is not for high speed deployment, just canopy transfer.
See the latest test of my system on youtube; paraaz07 or at para-az.com Sure would rather have their wing in my deployment system. How much for one of their wings? Thanks again 3dzp

just canopy transfer

Done that a few times myself with a paraglider. Not with a CRW dock though, from a Dr Bill.

Had something like that planned but opted for something a bit less stressful to equipment and people. But this is all an effort to generate interest in what i believe will be a new aspect to skydiving, Hangtime without dancing with rock or noise machines along for the flight. 3dzp

I agree. 40 minutes of acro and flying around as opposed to 90 seconds? no contest.

my Dr. Bill system is too involved. I prefer the solo method nowCool it takes a long time to reinforce a modern paraglider.

After repeated attempts to contact the manufacturer, i've gotten no replies outside of the automated 'message sent' variation. Has anyone communicated with them? stratoflyer
