Nope. I have enough trouble with mine. (but seriously, Photoshop does wonders with making those faded old scrapbook pictures look almost like the day they came back from wherever you had them developed.)

It's pretty easy to spot Dave Boatman in that one.
I hope some managed to save more of the Swooper newletters than I have. I still have not seen any of the cartoons Joe published in the Honolulu newspaper, where I remember him telling he was a cartoonist.
