see link below: Coral By the Sea Hotel in Isla Verde, next to the San Juan International Airport. Here, you are staying next to other restaurants, sports bars, all mayor hotels, and near the beach. If you drive at night you will have no traffic, about a 45 minute drive to the dz area. Traffic in the morning from this location (hotel in SJ) is kind of heavy in the morning hours, I would recommend to leave your hotel after 9:00 am or before 7:00am...

Things to see in Arecibo or close by: 1. Arecibo Observatory,the world's largest radio telescope 2. Río Abajo Forest, 787- 881-1004 3. Arecibo Lighthouse & Historical Park 4. Caguanas Indian Ceremonial Park in Utuado 5. Lake Dos Bocas in Utuado, great for restaurants 6. The towns of Isabela, Aguadilla and Rincon for their beaches (surfing) 7. Some of the tour that are offer in the Arecibo area are body rafting at the Tanama River and rappelling in caves. 8. Visit Porta del Sol, the Westside of the island. With it small towns, beaches, diving sites, museums and restaurants, this is one of the best areas in the island. 9. Horseback riding in Isabela.

Weekdays we start with a High Altitude Jump (jumpers must be at dz @ 8:00am) wheels up at 8:30am. Regular jumping hours, 9:00.am
Weekends: High Altitude Jump (jumpers must be at dz @7:00am) wheels up at 7:30am. Regular jumping hours, 8:00 am
The Welcoming Party is where everything starts!! Can't miss it. Again the meeting place will be at Salitre Rest. (directions on our website) from 7:30pm and on. Great food, happy hour Medalla Light and a nice terrace area to hangout w/your old and new friends.

As Steve knows, I'm definitely to be counted amongst the lazy people who don't want to pack. (210 square feet of slippery new ZP is not my idea of a fun vacation).
/Of course I know how to pack. I walk over to the fellow who is doing the packing, hand him or her money, and say, "Could you please pack this? I need to get on the next load." And then magically, it gets packed.
