Oh ya.... all the way. I got to know the UPT people very well. I also made a point to really thank them for their work and tell them how happy I am with my rig!
well, except for online and over the phone conversations, i havent..
mark talked me through the options on a sunday over the phone, while i was kinda drunk, talked me out of and into other options, then they had to talk me through measuring.. they were just very professional, accomodating and as nice as you could possibly be!
i've dealt with a couple guys in skydiving in my short time; all but exceptional, from corporate AND from private transactions. but UPT, they set the bar pretty high. and when i finally received my rig.. wow, just wow, nice workman-ship, and altough it's sized to last the rest of my living days, if i'll ever need another one, i'll very likely order another micron/vector!
i'm very happy with it, and you know what, i havent even jumped it yet..
