Horribly out of focus picture on the work webcam, but it is all that I have. The red and black tie-dye looks great! Fortunately the 12/04 manufacturing date slid right under the service bulletin too!

When anybody who reads this post gets a chance could you check on the Mirage website and see if the color picker is working. I am trying to order a new rig and I have never had a problem with the macro player before. I thought it was my computer but I went to my Mac and had the same problem. I want to see if for whatever reason both my computers are not working correctly. I hate filling out the forms manually so anyone who can help I would greatly appreciate it. Also, does anyone know if that program is anywhere else online. I have already sent an email to Mirage but I hate bothering them. Thanks

Just to let you know that once I noticed what the person said about your rig looking like a kkk guy I took a look at alot of different Mirages and they all have that look including mine! I wish I never would have read that posting. It's not so funny anymore. Now I look at my rig and I feel like an unintentional racist!
I have a friend who has those exact colors. I will see him, yes "him" in a couple of weeks. He picked up the rig from a gal who gave up the sport and sold it to him for next to nothing so I will get some pic's of it so you can see the colors. It's actually very nice looking.

Nothing wrong with pink if the price is right. The rig might even fly better if the dude spends the money saved on other stuff...like coaching orTunnel time if he needs it.Did i say that

Yeah, I think it would be a good idea to check with them. The date of manufacture was 21 december. I know they said that the rigs built before december was affected by the SB(i had them pack my reserve), but I'll double check with them to see.
sure. Gonna cost you a finder's fee though (just kidding!!) I take it you had run into the only bad thing about mirage containers. It's the hardest rig to design on the market. first, it's like "good, theres no limit to what I can do with the color schemes." Then 10 hours later, it's "Damn, theres no limit to what I can do with the color schemes."
Ok, I know this thread is old, but just thought I'd share, and see if anyone had any new Mirage pics of theirs. I just jumped my new baby this weekend for the first time (yeah, I paid up with a cooler full) and I love it. The folks at Mirage had it done in like 3 weeks. Unreal! Super comfort, and the rig is just awesome.
Anyone like the color choices? tried for a unique look. I guess all that matters is that I like it.
I'm with the POLAK . . . that is one hot rig Nanook !! Must be a bitch to keep clean, not to mention what I would do to myself if I got any grass stains on that silver/grey !!! #$@%@#$% !!!!
Absolutely love mine. Used to say "I love my rig" to no one in particular when I first got it, and figured that that would wear off eventually... ...yeah, I still say it, to no one in particular, 9 months and 150+ jumps later. LOVE it. G4.1/M5, currently with a matching Spectre 210 and not matching (new Orange/White/Sky Blue) PD193R.
Ok... Been meaning to post this for some time now. Here is what I believe to be a truly one of a kind Mirage... MT with a Neos 104 and PD126. Cordura was supplied my me.
I'm pretty sure the Mirage is the sexiest rig out there and I'm glad I bought one. I used to have an Odyssey and loved it, but I'm loving the Mirage even more.
This is my baby with an Optimum 126 and Katana 97. I've only got about 150ish jumps on her.
First pic is fully packed and ready to go Second pic is "New meets Old" Third pic is the day I got it, with nothing in it Fourth picture is exactly where she belongs...In the Air!

ooo here is my Mirage G3 M5- with cut in laterals and large cutaway pad. here is a photo before the main was put into it. i have an Electra 170 in it and a PDR 176 and i love it!!! better than my teardrop ;)
Bought this rig used. Thanks Sonic @ the Ranch for designing such a great color scheme. bought if off buildarig.com. Awesome experience. Turned out to be a great rig. a perfect container for me. I am a Mirage fan for life.

Man, what a blast from the past. It was my favorite rig. Funny thing though, the siding was white, not the silver/gray on the front. Very light sets of Scotch Guard over a period of two days kept it gleaming white till the time I sold it in about a year.
"Sonic" at the Ranch Pro Shop just sent me these to make me drool. My rig is almost ready needs a few modifications before my trip to Florida.
Big thanks to "Sonic" for taking the time with me to design the new rig and the array of options. The custom embroidery and design are sick, thanks you rock! For now here are a few pics I'll post more after completed.

One has over 1200 jumps and the other has little over 200 jumps guess which one is mirage???
I address the issue to Ward during one of the boogies and his answer was to get a different rig, if you don't like mirage.
What a douche.
Ever since than, every time when someone asks me about the rig, I tell em to go get an Infinity. I'm just quoting from Ward's mouth, and the guy works there.

Nah, I was too busy re-assembiling my Mirage... I did lay your main out and untwist it for her though.
Come to think about it, I might have hooked the main up to the D-Bag and pilotchute, and the freebag to the reserve PC.
Keep in mind, subtlety is not really a strong point of mine
I don't have an official due date but it's looking like Mid August because of the custom main (it would be torture to have the container here and no canopy so I'm waiting til it's all in to have it shipped).
I got a matching (neon pink and purple) Pilot 188. Yes, my jumpsuit matches too lol. Maybe a little overkill but hey, there will be no mistaking my stuff for someone else's

Got mine the other day. It's pretty bloody tight. Also my rigger mentioned that with the new route for AAD that the reserve flap sticks out a bit. I think it will settle to a better form soon :). Its the M2 with a PD Optimum 160 and PD Storm 170
I think they are sticking out a bit because the dive loops have a cable in them and havent flattened out properly yet. I think thats what you are talking about. well I hope I dont have any problems lol. I will be pitching a bit higher on the first few to get some time with my new canopy :)
Like I said before its the M2 with PD Optimum 160. That is on Mirage site as the standard fit. The sides poke out because of the dive loops that stick out still.
