as you progress beyond solos you need to also consider IF others are in the air WITH you...

even if they are part of ANother group who may have exited AFTER you.....

i'd be careful in recommending that a jumper "JUst PUlls" if he or she is unsure of altitude.... Unimpressed

just as you must when pulling at Normal/Known altitudes....be sure to Check for others and clear your back, first .
and as you mentioned,,, wave off.

safety first and what the Hell,,, safety second too.
