I don't think you will find a better, easier or cheaper solution than Flysight. Comes with free software but the extra $ for Paralog is worth it if you really want to get into the data.
FLysight is about $250, and I can't remember exactly but think Paralog is something like 60euros, plus 10euros for a single logger interface license.
