Hey, I agree with everyone that no one who picks up the phone, at a DZ or any other business, should be bitchy. In fairness, she appeared bitchy to you, when you were super enthusiastic and eager to get all the info you wanted, and she may just have been a bit curt... It's all perspective sometimes.
