Sorry your argument doesn't make any sense to me.

I will try to explain this to you:

1. Airplane has a GROUND speed of zero mph.
2. Airplane has an airspeed of 100 mph.
3. Both jumpers, in result, will exit over the SAME point on the ground, and will be "blown back" the same amout of feet.

Let me know if I need to explain further.
