whoa i must've dialed the wrong number the first time. its still a COMPUTER program with a glicth. ARRRGGGG> why can't REAL poeple just answer the phone
EDIT: Ok so I've been answering my own questions but... once I finally got passed the comupter recorded voice ERROR I was able to speak to someone who was more than happy to take my money
I guess it's that flat rate everyone talks about $269 to get it fixed. so...off it goes.
